The Berkeley Physics credit exchange program provides students with one semester or one academic year of professional coursework at a top U.S. university. Students enroll as full-time registered students in a fully immersive experience at UC Berkeley, earning official transcripts and credits upon assessment completion.

Suitable Majors

Students may take 12 credits of undergraduate Physics courses per semester (3 courses), covering Quantum Mechanics, Atomic Physics, Biophysics, String Theory, Cosmology, and more.

Sample courses: Analytic Mechanics, Electromagnetism and Optics, Quantum Mechanics, Modern Atomic Physics, Special/General Relativity, Solid State Physics, Intro to Plasma Physics, Relativistic Astrophysics and Cosmology, Quantum Information Science and Technology, etc.
